Add filtering to station search

[Kaya-Sem]

Not just dumping all stations. Allow to filter, perhaps by giving a string with the command, where internally, it regex matches (lowercase)

1. For increased searching, match first on word Uppercase, and append to options
2. regex case insensitive
3. split word into multiple pieces, regex match
