Disabled the property.
Added missing load. Fixed some ESLint warnings.
Changed formatNumberWithLocale condition to not ignore 0 values. Left faulty line commented in case something breaks somewhere else :(

KNOWAGE-7998 has a commented line left on purpose in case something else breaks in the app, method changed is being used by many files.
