This is a special release which fixes a regression introduced by BPO
46968 which caused Python to no longer build on Red Hat Enterprise Linux
6. There are only 12 other bugfixes on top of 3.9.11 in this release.

@heitbaum Sorry for liking your comment. I thought this would fix #6266 which is probably caused by this Python bug. But the fix is not in 3.9.12 yet.

Yes ☹️- the cpython issue is not resolved yet, this was just a minor update to Python3 due to some build issues. The Kodi, LE teams and others are definitely following the issue and once a fix is made available 🤞will get it in 👍
