Curent Charge with v1.2.20240227beta - need of precision

Hello,
Use of pi4 with Venus OS v3.14 & dbus-serialbattery v1.2.20240227beta

I observed a current limitation link to cell voltage but that should not be the case according to me.
I see that is limited by cell voltage in topic battery/1/Info/ChargeLimitation

All my cells was below 3.4V and as you can see in config: 3.30 is with fraction of 1.

Live data from mqtt seems look that all the parameters are well read.
The current received value was not a value that I can map to the configuration.

MAX_CHARGE_CURRENT_CV_FRACTION = 0, 0.05, 0.15, 0.5, 1

Is there a dynamic calculation between 3.30 -> 3.40 ? Meaning 3.35 is then 0.75 fraction ?
That's the only parameter affecting that kind of charge limitation ?

Another question link to logs, what does it mean Cells populated: 0 ?

It seems to be link to fraction and calculating the fraction between these 2 thresholds.
see picture below (beta of jan/24 before 12h -> install latest beta and started - reboot also when you see the peak at 50A )
