Incorrect function argument position in hints. #445

Here is two tests:

Second one is correct, but first is wrong. In first we are currently at arg1 position.

All these hints are correct:

@sumneko I'm sorry, tell me please, this bug is already fixed? I followed this instruction and nothing changed (v1.17.4).

Has fixed, will apply in next version (v1.18.0)
