put source on SVN

Imported the local svn history. However, I had to transfer /code/MDAnalysis to a
local repo (/MDAnalysis) first by repeatedly checking out and checking in 
revisions
(using a rather hackish python script). The process preserved the ownerships 
and logs
of changes but not the dates.

Otherwise I followed the google FAQ.
