Failure to access .wiff files on Linux cluster

Describe the bug
I get a System.UnauthorizedAccessException when trying to analyse .wiff files from Sciex ZenoTOF using AlphaDIA. It seems likely from the log that this owes to a problem with reading the raw data files with AlphaRaw.

Expected behavior
I expect to be able to analyse .wiff files on a Linux cluster.
