All chapter images are stretched to 16:9 #322

Issue #289 was closed - but this is still a problem.

For videos that are wider or narrower than 16:9 (e.g 2.35:1 and 4:3) their chapter thumbnails are being stretched and displayed at 16:9.

Note: The thumbnails display at the correct aspect ratio in the WebUI.

Strangely I found some that display at 4:3 - but these are for some anamorphic DVD rips that should be displaying at 16:9. They look perfect in the WebUI.

Just noticed that 4:3 videos are now producing square chapter images (i.e. 1:1).
Aspects greater than 16:9 (e.g. 2.35:1) are still producing 16:9 chapter images.
