[Bug]: STX - Cannot send a transaction if I have a pending STX with another account even if STX is disabled

Describe the bug

I cannot send any transaction if I have one account in my wallet that has a pending STX.
No matter if I disable the STX feature.

Expected behavior

Despite not being able to queue STX, we should allow to send transactions from other accounts?

Steps to reproduce

1. Enable STX
2. Send a tx
3. Go to settings
4. Disable STX
5. Switch accounts
6. Try to send a tx from another account
7. See Confirm button is blocked, until previous tx is confirmed
