Configuration

ZeroClientProvider A and ZeroClientProvider B are connected to the same node over RPC.
A and B use the same account.

Behaviour

A or B looses track of the nonce, after which it submits Old transactions. Fixed by instantiating A and B again.

Reproduce

Fund 0xb1e9f4ce20c0e58a7962a3765665c9e8a484afce on testrpc and run https://gist.github.com/Schaeff/5ad8f50ff4978e7fa09a8c11bd01e171

Old issue. Confirmed to be impossible to fix without a central nonce-synchronisation service. Closing.
