screen menu not stable in 15khz TV. Cannot load games... :( #4

Hi and thanks for the great work !

With the latest version (20200106) still no stability for 15khz RGB TVs.

Can you update this issue on the next version of intv.rbf ?

It will be very cool !

Probably some issue with sync. width or polarity.

I will finish assembling my IO board ASAP. Promised.
Just a few missing resistors and a Péritel cable.
