Add keyboard bindings for save state active slot

I just got a food pedal to use for save states. I can only assign a single slot to it with the keyboard bindings.

I'd like bindings added that are similar to the controller bindings. Save, load, and switch for an active slot. I could then rotate slots with the foot pedal and save/load from the active slot.
