How to use SDXL CHECKPOINTS that are in subfolders?

Hey great work! I love MRE it's fantastic but I have a lil problem with my organized checkpoints. I already tried to modify the "paths-example.json" and the "user_path_config.txt" files but seems like it just doesn't work. My checkpoints are all on a different drive each one organized in it's own folder with examples, tutorials etc.. How do I tell Fooocus MRE to read each subfolder? If I just enter "M:\Checkpoints" it does not read the contents of the subfolders.

M:\Checkpoints\JuggernautXL
M:\Checkpoints\CrystalClearXL
M:\Checkpoints\ThinkDiffusionXL
etc.
