Currently, if WORKFLOW_ROOT_PATH is not set, then the root_path we need for our workflows API cloudfront origin doesn't work correctly.

Acceptance Critiera

  • Changes are made so that the default root_path of /api/workflows works even when WORKFLOW_ROOT_PATH is not set
