If a result says A associated with B, another result says B associated with C, but NO pub says A associated with C, then generate a result that A associated with C, and mark it novel

This idea is from Andy Crouse, and we should discuss whether this should make it into the O&O Spring Release.

This is a VERY good thing for the Translator to do.

BTE and perhaps others are already doing this. In creative mode it happens.
