Update an existing project and keep notes on how it went. Give your feedback. It can include things that were unclear, did not work as expected or anything else.

Copier suggests the common use cases:

  • Update the answers to previous questions
  • Sync updated from evolved templates

I created a new project and updated by using the same command. Everything went well as expected:

  • when a value changed, the files is updated and there was a conflict
  • when there is no change, the files stayed the same
