6BM beamline specific package adding

Bruce request add packageXrayDB, toml and ansiwrap to this beamline

Per our previous discussion, xraydb seems to be abandoned. I asked if it's possible to get a final tag so that we can use it for builds.

@ke-zhang-rd, do you want to create a PR to add the last 2 packages to the beamline metapackage meantime? toml is available in defaults and ansiwrap is in our channel, so nothing to build.

Thanks @ke-zhang-rd. I was confused there is no associated links to the relevant PR. Looks like it was done via #704.

Please do not close the issue yet as there may be a chance to get the package for xraydb. Let's keep an eye on my question scikit-beam/XrayDB#20 (comment).

It may be worth to build from https://pypi.org/project/xraydb/4.1/#files / https://github.com/xraypy/XrayDB/releases/tag/4.1.

The package was build via https://github.com/nsls-ii-forge/xraydb-feedstock, will be added to the BL-specific metapackage. Need to keep a record of it as an open issue before we actually do the update via https://github.com/nsls-ii-forge.
