Description

Won't start when I click on it

Steps to Reproduce

1. click on the exe
2. The command prompt flashes before closing
3. [and so on...]

Expected behavior: to start

Actual behavior: closes immediately

Log file: [Attach the pixivutil.log file in the application folder, recommended to delete the old file, reproduce the issue, and upload the newly generated file here]

ok it works on desk top but not on USB
