Many vocabularies (e.g. YSA, Allärs, MUSA, AGROVOC, CABT, NALT) include timestamp information in the form of dct:created and dct:modified triples.

We could add listings for new concepts and recently updated concepts based on this information. These could be shown e.g. as additional tabs on the vocabulary home page.

This should be implemented in a feature branch, so adding new "branch" label.
