Reading through this page, it would seem TLSv1 and TLSv1.1 were enabled per default and you'd need to take some action to disable.
I just checked a newly created ONTAP 9.15.1 cluster, a newly created 9.14.1P2 cluster and both showed only TLSv1.2 and TLSv1.3 versions enabled.
This is without enabling FIPS mode.
So thinking some additional comments about the latest ONTAP versions might be required? And potentially also differenceis for upgraded systems if any.
