Publishing a room deletes the address when it fails

Describe the bug

Publishing a room deletes the address when it fails.

If you open Aliases in setting and try to publish an existing (or new) address it will fail for matrix.org because they do not allow it anymore.

The bug is that nheko deletes the address and I think that error when publishing a room could be more clear.

To Reproduce

1. Go to Aliases in the room's settings.
2. Try to publish an address
3. If it fails address will be deleted.
4. Message error is unclear.
