RFC 55 - Retire inactive nixpkgs committers - Still only two nominations (@Mic92, @edolstra). Need two more or so
RFC 56 - CI all Nix PRs - @domenkozar accepted, need one more (@grahamc?)
RFC 57 - Named Ellipses - @edolstra and @7c6f434c accepted nomination, need one more
