Bug in strapping.skin.php

I have a bug, and I am deseserate:

Please help me to solve it.

Have you used a theme on strapping.skin.php at all? If so, does reverting the file to the default fix the problem?

I think no, I just follow instructions, I upload theme, activate in localsettings and that's all, appear this error.

I don't get the error. Which MW version are you on? And have you got the latest skin version? Sorry for not looking here so regularly @Regiosfera

I am using 1.21 no the more recent. I have last version too.
