Describe the solution you'd like
It would be nice, if cmake modules, like these https://github.com/iNavFlight/inav/blob/master/cmake/arm-none-eabi-checks.cmake and https://github.com/iNavFlight/inav/blob/master/cmake/gcc.cmake, are available. These modules (with modifications) could be used to check the available toolchain and if it needs could get the proper version of toolchain.
