How do we set callback for removeTags and addTags v5.1.20?

Previously we have this function for v4.0.0.

@edgetechmy Thanks for the question, there currently isn't a callback in the 5.x.x version for this. However the SDK does keep track of all User and Subscription updates and will retry them for you, even through offline and app restarts.
