I have 50+ metal pieces, 500+ nails, and all the parts needed but cannot create a second toolbelt. also, i cant make Machine Gun Mk1 despite having 900 nails, 50 metal pieces, and 10 mechanisms. Machine gun mk 1 requires 10 metal pieces, 5 mechanisms, 200 nails, and 75+ intelligence.
My char has over 200 intelligence.

It probably need build before Repeater Gun. Tooltip not meantion this upgrade - i would add missing previous upgrades to few options that missing them for next version.
