Generic Issue

Description

For ease of use, this package should be installable and updateable through standard tools such as pip, conda, mamba.

Some tests should probably be implemented first.

Possibility: have our own conda-ouranos until we have tests, then move to conda-forge

We are now on PyPI: https://pypi.org/project/xscen/

Anaconda will come in a later PR; I need to re-familiarize myself on how to build packages (requires docker, grayskull, etc.).
