The https://nvd.nist.gov/vuln/detail/CVE-2017-11164#match-6353228 version says in 8.41 the defect was reported.

Further from several maintainer points of view, the specific fix version remains non-conclusive as follows:

This project is for PCRE2 (the 10.xx series). PCRE1 (the 8.xx series) is obsolete, and is no longer maintained. Therefore, I am closing this issue, as nothing will now be done. The very final release of PCRE1 was 8.45, 15-June-2021,
