The Dockerfile tries to copy transpi_env.yml and build a conda environment from it, but no such file seems to exist in this repo. Where can I access this file?

Good question, I think the way in which the conda environments are created now changed at some point and TransPi doesn't have one single environment anymore but many for the different applications.
Will check around because the file should be somewhere.
I found the .yml file can be found in the TransPi release. I am not sure, why the yml file was removed from the main repo and cannot test with docker in our hpc.
if the yml file is required for the docker image to run as expected, pls let me know so that I can push the file back in. I think I can push.
