Color the reads according to strand. #5

Currently, all reads are colored to red (255,0,0). It would be good to color them according to strand, like in the zenbu browser.

In the meantime, the following one-linder will do.

awk '{OFS="\t"}{if($6=="+"){$9="0,120,0"};if($6=="-"){$9="128,0,128"};print}'
