What enhancement would you like to see?

Update device certificate handling to be more robust. Currently we implement this handling manually, but https://github.com/PretendoNetwork/nintendo-file-formats supports certificates in a more feature-complete way. We should move to this and add additional sanity checks to the device certificate through it.
