When I tried to initialize ne profiles with ne_line method, i got the error ne_ped is not defined. I tried to specify ini.core_profiles.ne_value together with ini.core_profiles.ne_sep_to_ped_ratio and w_ped, but got the same error.

I think the problem, that in init_core_profiles.jl script there are no ne_setting defined for the ne_line method (lines 110 - 124). Or how should I properly initialize profiles based on the line averaged values?
