Article 1888-08-08 is in the worst condition. The transcription is incomplete and what is transcribed is questionable. We will keep this one out of any data visualizations until we can review and fix it. --transcription and minimal coding completed by Cody

These articles do not have the completed new grammatical markup and the <persName>'s, <orgName>'s, ``'s, `'s have not been reviewed for accuracy.

Our site index now has all of the organizations, archetypes, and other references added so that all of the files we are data mining this semester have an assigned xml:id. The organizations all need reviewed and information added (in regards to standard name, address, etc.), but my brother is here now and willing to teach me some PHP! @ebeshero I am trying to explain what it is we discussed the other day to implement using PHP on the Nelson site and I remember the aspect of turning xml to html, but what was it that we discussed doing for the network graph that would involve PHP? @spadafour do you remember?

@RJP43 It was grabbing the elements controlling particular nodes or edges with JavaScript, and firing a script that that would grab and post the associated file information, and pull up some relevant content from that file formatted in HTML in the same window. And I've never done this myself so it's really just an idea.

Ok ... I actually think I know what I'm doing partially with PHP ... my brother posted some basics on another issue here to walk me thru incase I get stuck and for others to comment as well if they are working with PHP and have questions.
