画面の横幅が狭い時、寄付画面でメニューが表示されない #39

概要

寄付画面のヘッダーは、Media Queryによって768pxより小さい時に非表示になってしまう

正確にはデフォルト非表示で、768pxより大きい時にimportantでdisplay: blockが上書きされる

やりたいこと

横幅が狭い環境、モバイル環境などでもメニューが表示されるようにしたい
ハンバーガーメニューのボタンを用意して、クリックすると展開されるなど
