Describe mark collector screens for each model.

This would tie it to a RopeScore/app based score collection quite heavily, and perhaps there needs to be a getter function for this kind of data that could return different configurations for different supported mark collectors?

Oh well, basically what this would do is return an array of steps, each step describing some properties about itself like layout: grid or scroll/flex, id, name... But also what components are used to build up each step.

I imagine starting by supporting the following:

• rs/app: ScoreButton
• rs/app: horizontal scale
• rs/app: vertical scale
• text output
• progress bar output (should be settable to an arbitrary value at any point)
