Describe the bug
When the left analog trigger, left bumper and left stick + button are being used the triangle button sometimes stops registering inputs until one is released,

To Reproduce
use left analog trigger, bumper and left stick, press down on left stick and triangle button function becomes unstable. Other stick combinations can cause it but this seems to be the most reliable to reproduce.

Expected behavior
inputs register normally

Screenshots and Logs

Desktop (please complete the following information):
2 pc's tried with 2 different bluetooth adapters, windows 11, no updates pending, latest ds4win.

Additional context
The problem shows up in games like rocket league where multiple buttons are being used and this only seems to block the triangle button specifically.

I cannot reproduce this problem on my end when using the DualSense. Is there some mapping conflict happening in the profile or Special Actions being executed?

There are no special actions selected. The profile is the default. I tested on a second machine with fresh install of all software too with the same results. Maybe it is unique to this particular controller? It's such a strange problem. Sometimes the triangle button press reliability is affected by the position of the left stick. Plugged in the controller does not do this.

You could try gamepad tester website to see exactly whats going on. And also test closing ds4w.
