Team Nightingale Visualization Tech believes in establishing and maintaining a tolerant and inclusive working environment. All who participate in Team Nightingale Visualization's creations is expected to abide by the following:

Expected behaviours for contributing to a positive environment:

Using welcoming and inclusive language Being respectful of differing viewpoints and experiences Gracefully accepting constructive criticism Showing empathy towards others

Unacceptable behaviours:

Trolling, insulting/derogatory comments, and personal or political attacks Public or private harassment, including all known forms of sexual harassment Breaches of privacy, and sharing of personal information without informed consent Other conduct which could reasonably be considered inappropriate in a professional setting

Reporting:

Instances of unacceptable behaviors (not limited to those identified above) may be reported by contacting the project team. The project team will review and investigate all complaints, and will respond in a way that it deems appropriate to the circumstances. The project team is obligated to maintain confidentiality with regard to the reporter of an incident.
