docs(ComponentExample): perma links for all examples

You cannot link to examples without titles, since the anchor links are to titles only. It makes it difficult to share specific examples. When you want to share an example without a title, you must share the "main" example link which has a title. This is confusing because you would like to direct someone's attention to a sub example (no title), but the docs scroll to the primary example and open the code editor.

I'm not sure how to solve this yet, but I would like to have a link for every example. Not just the ones with titles. Two thoughts:

1. Require a title on ever example, meaning all examples would have permalinks
2. Generate a link for every example and add a link button next to the show code/show html buttons that gives a permalink:
