Describe the bug:
"You may request data be deleted from your account." This statement is factually incorrect. Told a customer to enter a ticket to delete log data as a result of data spillage. Sumo support said they do not/can not delete data. This section needs to be reviewed, clarified and rewritten. Please.

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Go to Collector Troubleshooting and FAQ page.
  2. Scroll down to Delete data already collected to Sumo Logic
  3. Under Answer: "It is not possible for users to delete specific message data already ingested into Sumo Logic. All data sent to Sumo Logic is indexed together and stored in a Write Once Read Many (WORM) storage, which you cannot modify. You may request data be deleted from your account."
