Include UserPatch for a Voobly-less SP installation

This is more a request/suggestion rather than a bug report, but I believe that it would help a lot in some cases.

I suggest adding UP and having it installed with the command line telling it to create a new exe that automatically has the WK xml set to be loaded in it. (Like other mods such as Age of Chivalry: Hegemony or AoK: Realms do.)

The xml name length could become an issue, not sure.
