Describe the bug
When previewing files in an archive without a default "open with" application, cancelling to select an application will make every file unopenable. Attempting to open any file in that archive will trigger a "Please Wait" notification, but the "open with" application selection panel is no longer shown, so it becomes impossible to open that file.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Make sure you haven't specified a default "open with" application for a certain format (e.g. jpg).
  2. Create an archive (regardless of format, e.g. zip) containing files in that format.
  3. Open the archive with Amaze.
  4. Press on that file, so an "open with" application selection panel is shown.
  5. Press the "back" button, so the panel get closed.
  6. Press on that file again; the panel is no longer shown, so it's impossible to open that file again.

Expected behavior
The "open with" application selection panel should be shown again.
