Problems with Auto Annotation

Hi,
I am trying to use OVE to auto annotate sequences using a csv file that is automatically generated through a script. The file seems to always be invalid and I don't understand why. I also tried to use the example file, which also fails. I attach both the example file and my test file (with only one sequence). Both fail to annotate. I attach a screen shot as well.
Any help would be appreciated. It is a great software that I can integrate with all my script and having this feature work would be extremely valuable.
