NonDex 2.0 Maven Release

Looking for a 2.0 release in maven to use nondex with a Java 11 project. It has been about 3 months without a release.

Hi there, thanks for the message. NonDex 2.1 has been released to Maven Repo in support of Java 9, 10 and 11.

Could you also tag it in GH? We are trying to work through re-enabling it in our CI and it seems like maybe the report changed, so I wanted to verify the commits involved in the release.

Apologize for the inconvenience - the GH repo is behind the released 2.1 code for lacking a sanity modification. We need the project maintainer to approve #176 before the tag of 2.1 to be created.
