NoNpDrm not working as expected on a Non-Activated PS Vita #55

I am running 2 Vita's one is active and the other is not activated, both have NoNpDrm installed. With my active Vita, I've backed up all of my physical games, and PSN games, as well as all of my games DLC's as instructed in the NoNpDrm read me.

No as NoNpDrm is active on my not activated PS Vita I would expect all of my games to boot and for all of my DLC to be present and usable, however the only games which work are my Physical games, and digital PSP games through Adrenaline.

Digital PS Vita games give the generic warning of "Go to the home screen and select [Settings] > [PlayStation™Network] > [System Activation] and then activate this system"

and DLC for my physical games just don't show up.

However, if I was to go into the license and delete the official license file that is there the errors go away and I am able to use my PSN games and DLC.

I am able play my games on my non-activated Vita, however I've lost the ability to backup my games via content manager. Hopefully this is just a bug with NoNpDrm
