Is there a way to change certain chest's levels to have the items from chest.yml

If you place a wool block in the first slot of a chest (top left corner) it will take its value(https://minecraft.gamepedia.com/Wool#Block_data look at "dec" column) and add it to the default value of 1.
So if you where to put an lime wool in the first slot it would set the base level to 6 because lime wool has a value of 5 so 5+1=6
