Note Creation

There are 3 entry points to create notes in the application

1/ User clicks the [+] icon on the home page to add a note - Figma here
On clicking the add button user can select an account to add the note to, type in the details, and save a note.
On saving the note, the user will also see AI-based recommendations for the Next steps they can take e.g. Adding a task, event, etc.

Same flow as the first flow with one nuance that the account is preselected

3/ Creating a note by searching for an account from the Home page - Figma here
The user here starts searching for the account and clicks on the Create Note link to land on the same flow.

Based on what users write we will show recommendations for the next steps

e.g. Note "Presentation on how we would get prepare and plan a migration from PHP to Ruby. Get a number of team members and detailed estimates for Smagic. Zaire to lead this."
