Reproduction steps

I turned on enabled support brim on 5.3.0 and noticed at layer 1, its not printing the brim. In 5.2.1, it does show the brim. See pictures. I've included 3MF file as well.

Thanks for the report.
This is the third or fourth report in the last few days (#14725 and #14810 ). I can confirm that it's broken.
I'll mark this as a duplicate and the Cura team will take a look.
