What is your feature request?

I would like the ability for the "Notify Plex" plugin to be able to specify which Library to refresh. Right now it forces a full scan on all libraries, which is a big problem for me because I have a huge music library that takes over an hour to scan. If I could specify to only refresh the Movies library, it could finish in just a few seconds.

Are there any workarounds?
