Similar to ScrollAnywhere, it would be quite handy to let the middle click pass do its defaut action if released without any movement, or without the minimum amount of pixels.
It's quite the opposite of #5 since I really want middle click to paste some text if I don't move the mouse while clicking. It could be needed by a setting parameter, since it conflicts with the click-and-move default behavior.
