SteamVR Performance Test is not available for Linux/SteamOS.

This makes it more difficult to determine if I should get VR on Linux..

While it is not ideal, it should be working in the next release of Proton (4.11-3) provided that Valve includes these two patches:

The fixes for this did not make it into Proton 4.11-3. I am hopeful that they will go into Proton 4.11-4.

I have not tested 4.11-4 but it works in 4.11-5.

It was fixed in 4.11-4. Unfortunately, some testing with 4.11-5 on a Ryzen 5 3400G that I am setting up for someone else found that it crashes there, so more is probably needed here. If it were not for that, this could probably be whitelisted and closed.

(Although Valve Index tester is broken, but I don't think this is the right thread or possibly even repo.)
